PURSUANT to Section 2-51 of the Danville City Code, NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of the Danville City Council is scheduled for Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 7:00, p.m.,  in the Council Chambers located on the Fourth Floor of the Municipal Building, 427 Patton Street, Danville, Virginia, to vote on the City’s proposed excise tax on cigarettes, budgets and appropriation ordinance.
