Patton Street from Craghead Street to the MLK Jr. Bridge (northbound) remains restricted to one lane for crosswalk installation. Traffic coming into the block of Patton Street must merge into the far left lane.
Construction of the crosswalk began on Wednesday and was scheduled to be completed on Friday, weather conditions permitting. The winter storm, however, delayed completion.
The crosswalk installation is part of the second phase of streetscape improvements in the River District.
