The Danville Fire Department was dispatched to Jarrett Welding for report of a structure fire. The call was answered with an initial response of three engines, one Ladder one Battalion chief and one safety vehicle. Upon arrival fire was found to be in a building situated between the fabrication shop and paint booth area. The fire was upgraded and second alarm was called to aid in bringing the fire under control. Twenty firefighters total were used to bring the fire under control and there were only two minor injuries reported by responders. The building involved suffered moderate damage but damage to the total facility is minor. The business will be able to continue to operates with little lost production
