[ARCHIVED] 04-29-11 PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK EVENT

The Danville Police Department is participating in a drug take back Saturday.


On Saturday April 30, 2011 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm the Danville Police Department in cooperation with RASAP (Regional Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention), Virginia State Police, and Drug Enforcement Administration will host a prescription drug take back for safe disposal. The take back will occur at Wal Mart located at 515 Mt. Cross Rd. in Danville. We're encouraging all citizens to check their prescription drugs and bring any drugs that are outdated or otherwise need to be disposed of.
