Danville Police responded to a call of a burglary in the 100 block of Franklin Ct early this morning.
This morning at approximately 3:20 A.M. Danville Police responded to a report of a residential burglary on Franklin Ct. A Danville resident reported being confronted by an armed suspect who had entered the residence by way of a window. The suspect asked the resident where an individual was, using only a first name. When the resident replied that no one by that name lived there, the suspect left the house without further incident. No one was injured during this incident. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans with a red scarf covering his face. He was armed with a handgun.
The police investigation is ongoing.
