A Grand Jury recently convened and charged two men for their involvement in the death of Calvin Lynn Loney in 2003.
Lamontrea Arkee Davis, age 31 of High Point, NC was charged with First Degree Murder and Robbery. He was arrested on 12-7-11 and is currently being held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
Brian Lee Warren, age 26 of Danville was charged with Robbery. He was arrested on 12-8-11 and subsequently released under bond set by the Circuit Court.

On 2-23-03 in the early morning hours Calvin Lynn Loney, age 43 was found unresponsive by a family member and transported to Danville Regional Medical Center. He was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The Medical Examiner ruled Loney's death a homicide.
