The city of Danville will not collect household refuse and yard waste on Thanksgiving Day, which will be Thursday, Nov. 22. Instead, all refuse and yard waste normally scheduled for collection on that day of the week will be picked up on Saturday, Nov. 24.
For Friday, Nov. 23, the city will collect refuse and yard waste as normally scheduled for that day of the week.
