However, during large outages, such as those caused by severe weather, call volume is too heavy and the automated answering system is activated along with additional staff. If you smell gas, get everyone out of your house and call(434) 799-5284 or 9-1-1 from a safe place where you do not smell natural gas.

(434) 799-5284 is the number to call if you have a water service emergency such as a water main break or major leak. (434) 799-5284 is our 24 Hour Emergency number for both water and natural gas emergencies.
