Central Collections provides a full range of collection/financial services. Payments for utilities, real estate and personal property taxes, and licenses can be made at the Charles Harris Bldg.

Purchasing  provides centralized purchasing operations for the City.

Real Estate provides mass appraisal services of real property for tax purposes.
