  Important technical information:
  1. Internet Explorer 32 bit is required. The Webcam DVR plugin does not work with Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer 64 bit browsers.
  2. Windows 7 users: DVR plugin will cause the color scheme to change to Windows 7 Basic. When the browser is closed the color shceme will revert back to its original setting. 
  3. The Memorial Webcams and the respective web site are operated by an independent company for the Veterans Memorial Committee.
