In August 2014, Hill Studio completed the Pine/Jefferson/Five Forks Development Initiative (PDF) as a strategy for revitalization in the Old West End Historic District. This initiative represents an action strategy for revitalization that furthers the planning, design and recommendations of the OWE Master Plan. It also positions the area as an influential "critical mass" investment to upgrade a collective group of properties for maximum effect to jump-start investment in the area.

Agendas are posted when distributed to the board. Agendas and adopted minutes from 2018 to current are available online.
