Case Status & Information

The Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court serves as the administrative arm of the Circuit Court. Cases heard by the Circuit Court for the City of Danville are filed and the records maintained in this office. This includes civil and criminal filings. Case files are open to the public with the exception of Adoption files, certain Juvenile files and files sealed by order of the Court.

The Circuit Court is a court of record and all case files are maintained in perpetuity.
