What do I do if I receive a Real Estate tax bill that should have been mailed to my Mortgage Company escrow?
You should forward the tax bill to your mortgage company stating that your taxes are paid through your Escrow Account. Next, contact the Real Estate Assessment Office at (434)799-5120 and give them the correct mailing address where future tax bills should be mailed.
